Youth Movement

The members of the Youth Movement conducts regular meetings on the third Sunday of every month. Regular cottage prayers are held on the first Thursdays of every month at the residence of members.

Achievements :
1. Youth Movement conducted a Mega Show by hosting Magician Samraj with his magical skills to entertain the members of the Church and people in Baroda City. The members were able to generate a profit of more than Rs. 5 Lakhs, which was an initiative to restart the Sick Aid Fund of the Church.

2. Youth Movement was assigned the duty of making yearly calendar for the church after bringing out a beautiful and well appreciated calendar in 2010. Here too the members were able to generate a profit of more than Rs. 1 Lakh. From 2010 onwards, the calendar designing and printing duty is assigned to Youth Movement and every year a good amount is donated to the Sick Aid Fund.

3. Various charity donations/loans were given to several member of the church for any sudden illness or emergency situations from the Sick Aid fund with due permission from the Church Managing Committee.

4. Several Youth Movement members had taken an initiative for Padayatra in Kerala since 2009 on personal expenses. The Padayatra from Bethel Ashram in Chengannur to Parumala Church was indeed a blessing to all the participants, which gave them the vigour and energy for participation every year.

5. The first Ahmedabad Diocesan Annual Conference of Orthodox Christian Youth Movement at Ahmedabad was attended by the members of Youth Movement ..
